We are now looking for a few technically-savvy and completely remote Customer Support Specialists with crypto experience (private or professional) to join our Support team at a time of immense growth in the business. It’s our team’s goal to delight, educate, and help our users utilise Koinly to its full potential and make sure they remain customers for years to come.
As one of our Customer Support Specialists, you will become a product expert in Koinly and the ultimate source of truth for our users. No day is ever the same, and you expect to be answering product and account-related questions, troubleshooting issues, and engaging with our users via chat and email. To excel in this role you’ll need to bring your A-game by being a passionate problem solver who loves troubleshooting complex issues - all to help our users in the best way possible. Beyond this, a true passion and interest in the crypto industry is helpful 🪙🚀
Your responsibilities will include:
- Become a product expert in Koinly
- Answer customer support queries in a friendly, professional, and timely manner via Intercom
- Constantly learn and develop your skills within customer support, tech, crypto and all things Koinly
- Share feedback and insights - we’re building a great product together
- Be available to users during one of the following shifts (all times in GMT+1) 17:00-02:00 or 01:00-10:00. This role is completely remote.
You will be set up for success as one of our Technical Customer Support Specialist if you have…
- A true passion for crypto (preferably also having traded crypto yourself) OR experience in technical support
- Experience of working within customer support or similar, in particular SaaS.
- Advanced or fluent in English, both orally and written
- An organised way of working with a high attention to detail
- A problem solver mindset along with a can-do attitude, open to new and unexpected challenges and changes
- The ability to be a master at troubleshooting and technical problem solving
- Tech-savvy and keen to learn and develop yourself
