We are looking for a highly motivated Account Executive who can identify, build and nurture strong, lasting strategic relationships with new partners in the cryptocurrency/accounting space. You will be an important part of a growing team that thrives on a hands-on approach and is passionate about the blockchain sector.
Build, manage, and grow new strategic partnerships and leverage existing and past partner relationships
Develop proposals, respond to RFP's and conduct presentations for prospective partners
Liaising with marketing to ensure we onboard partners and maximise the likelihood of a long-term and beneficial partnership
Identify customer needs and effectively communicate how company products and services fulfil those needs
Stay abreast of industry trends and developments for effective networking.

We know your time is valuable, so we are committed to a transparent recruitment process. Here is what successful candidates can expect:
1st Interview with our recruitment team. We want to get a better sense of your experience and culture fit. We will share salary ranges and feel free to ask us those questions they tell you not to ask in the first interview. We know they matter. Let’s make sure there is a potential fit off the bat before we take up any more of each others’ time.
2nd interview and presentation with the hiring manager. This is where we will take a deeper dive into your experience to get a better sense of how they align with the accountabilities of the role. We do not believe in tasks and making our candidates do homework, instead we will be sending you some interview questions in advance to give you time to think about your answer. No PowerPoint required.
3rd interview with HQ. This means we are very interested! We have shortlisted candidates and are just trying to dig into some areas to help us differentiate and decide the best fit.
