At Koinly, we’re looking for a Marketing Specialist to support the team in areas such as affiliate management, commission payouts, communications with accountants, and day-to-day marketing operations.
This role is designed for someone who is highly organized, has excellent English writing skills (native level), and is eager to learn and grow within marketing. The role combines process-oriented work (such as managing affiliates, payouts, and reporting) with opportunities to contribute and learn on the content and SEO side (drafting articles and supporting content projects).

The Marketing team at Koinly drives brand growth, builds audience trust, and acquires new users at scale. We operate across partnerships, affiliates, content, SEO, and paid campaigns to strengthen Koinly’s position as the leading crypto tax platform. This role exists to keep those efforts running smoothly, supporting key processes, ensuring accurate execution, and helping create content that attracts and retains users while deepening relationships with partners, accountants, and affiliates.

What you’ll do:
- Draft and proofread content and communications, ensuring clear, professional, engaging, and brand-aligned messaging.
- Assist with on-page SEO, blog/content updates, and keyword-aligned copy.
- Maintain and update internal directories (e.g., accountants).
- Assist with affiliate, accountant, and partner management: handling queries, processing applications, and maintaining accurate records.
- Track KPIs, manage spreadsheets/CRM entries, and support reporting.
- Oversee commission payouts, ensuring timely and accurate execution.g.
- Take ownership of smaller tasks and gradually grow into more independent projects.
What you bring:
- Native-level English fluency with excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills (journalism, communications, or English background is a strong plus).
- 1–2 years of content creation experience, ideally including blogs, newsletters, or similar formats.
- Basic knowledge of on-page SEO (keywords, headings, meta descriptions, internal linking).
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a process-oriented mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
- Interest in fintech, finance, crypto, or tax industries.
- Demonstrated willingness to learn and grow in marketing.
- Comfortable working within a remote-first and international team.
Bonus points if you've:
- Previous exposure to fintech, crypto, or tax industries
- Previous exposure with affiliate programs
- Data-driven mindset with proficiency in spreadsheets (Google Sheets/Excel)
- Knowledge of CRM tools (HubSpot)

- SEO contribution (e.g., # of pages updated/optimized, or improvement in rankings/traffic for pages worked on)
- Content quality and delivery (measured by % of copy delivered on time and approved without major edits)
- Task/project completion rate (on-time delivery of assigned tasks)
